Endocrine disturbance, Changes in the activity or production of hormones due to atmospheric chemicals are called endocrine disruption. Endocrine disruption is an outcome of changes in the production of multiple hormones by the glands in the body, or by blocking the capacity to circulate hormones to do their assigned job.
